If you're often in a rush making up you fruity water the night before and leaving it in the fridge is a great way to let the flavours and nuritents infused into the water and have it ready to go in the morning.

If you find a flavour you particularly like, these recipes can be made and left infusing for up to 12 hours making them great in jugs for parties, BBQ's or family dinners. They are also a yummy, non expensive way of ditching sugary and alcoholic drinks.

Blueberry and lime

Jazz up your plain old slice of lime with some blueberries. Blueberries are high in nutrients and antioxidants so, as well as keeping you hydrated adding these two together can help aid digestion, suppress hunger and keep your body healthy form the inside out.

Orange and Kiwi

If you love orange and tropical juice this infusion is a great substitute, you can enjoy the flavours without all of the sugar. This mix is good for you from head to toe, studies have shown that oranges can contribute to healthy vision, aid clear skin and they're are natural energy boosters together these fruits make an impressive immune system boosters so put the morning coffee down and give it a spin!

Lemon and Cucumber

It's no secret that a slice of lemon is commonly added to drinks to add or compliment flavours but you might not have known that they are an amazing source of vitamin C and really great in encouraging healthy skin from the inside. Studies have also seen them help suppress your appetite so this mix can be a great way to avoid snacking throughout the day and can even help your breath stay fresh.

Grapefruit, Cucumber, Lime and Rosemary

If you fancy something a little more luxurious try experimenting with this mix of fruit and herbs. Grapefruit is full of antioxidants and along with the other fruits this infusion is really good for boosting your immune system.
