So, in case you come face-to-face with temptation, strengthen your willpower by arming yourself with some delicious vegan snacks for the scenario that there's nothing suitable to eat when you are out. Looking to the future and recognising challenging scenario's is key.

3. Tell yourself why you went vegan to begin with.

For a lot of people that take up the lifestyle. it's because they are sympathetic to the living creatures that have their lives taken from them. Just watch a few seconds of Earthlings or If Slaughterhouses Had Glass Walls and you'll be reminded on why you don't consume animals or animal products, with any inkling of doubt that you have being removed.
